The owner came to Sequoia not knowing how to sell their tenant occupied property.  Sequoia quickly found a buyer who was willing to purchase the property in it’s as-is condition.  Soon after the tenants vacated the property, the new owners started the rehab work.  Sequoia referred a contractor and interior designer to help with the process.  The owners were extremely pleased with Sequoia's hands on approach.
