HELPFUL TIP

Submit offers that will increase your chances of getting the deal: Build a good rapport with the Listing Agent. You can do so through meeting the agent in person, phone conversations and most importantly, submitting your own offers. If the listing agent has a good impression of you, s/he will more likely want to work with you.

Thus, the Transaction Coordinators will ONLY be responsible for compiling offers and will NOT be submitting offers on your behalf. Also, the TC's will NOT sign offers on behalf of your clients. The TC's can put together the offer, write a brief message to the agent for you and all you have to do is send it to the listing agent. However, in an event of an emergency, the TC's will help you submit the offer during work hours. In that case, we highly recommend you follow up with the listing agent in regards to your offer so they know to reach out to you directly to discuss the offer terms.
